Queen Shared Bath
This room features a full queen bed, TV/DVD player, and air conditioning. A shared bathroom with a shower is located across the hall.

Queen Private Bath
This room features a full queen bed, TV/DVD player, and a private bathroom. Cot accommodations are available for an additional $15.
Prices start at: $100 per night
King Rooms
These rooms feature king-sized beds, a full private bathroom, and air conditioning. Cot accommodations are available for an additional $15.
Prices start at: $110 per night
Twin Rooms
At the inn we also have two rooms with 2 extra long beds, private bath, tv and a/c. The Twin beds are able to be converted to a King Size bed upon request at checkout for no additional fee.

Queen Half Bath
Queen Room with half bath containing flush and sink. The shower is across the hallway and shared with one other room. TV and A/C in the room.

Group Rates
Are you traveling with a large group, or are you doing long-term travel and need somewhere cozy and cost-effective to stay? We offer group rates and special pricing for large or long-term parties. These can only be booked by emailing wtd54@yahoo.com
Group Rates
You and your group can enjoy having Pleasant Street Inn for $650.00 per night in season (4/1 – 10/31) and $600.00 per night off-season (11/1 – 3/31). Weekends are a two night minimum.
Long-Term Stay
Monthly
If you’re staying in Waterville, ME, for a month, you can make yourself right at home at Pleasant Street Inn. For one month, you can stay in one of our king or twin rooms for $950. Our queen room with a full bath is also available for $850, and our queen room with ½ bath is available for $750. Our queen room with a shared bath is also available for $650. Our monthly rentals are only available during the off-season (11/1 – 3/31)**.

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
At the Pleasant Street Inn, we require guests, to make their reservations online, unless you are inquiring about group rates, with a credit card when booking your room(s). Cancellations and/or modifications must be made no less than 10 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 10 day period will not receive a refund unless we are able to re-book your room(s).
