Group Rates

Are you traveling with a large group, or are you doing long-term travel and need somewhere cozy and cost-effective to stay? We offer group rates and special pricing for large or long-term parties. These can only be booked by emailing wtd54@yahoo.com

Group Rates

You and your group can enjoy having Pleasant Street Inn for $700.00 per night in season (4/1 – 10/31) and $650.00 per night off-season (11/1 – 3/31). Weekends are a two night minimum.

Long-Term Stay
For five nights, you can stay at Pleasant Street Inn for 10% off. For six to 14 nights, you can save 15%. If you’re planning to travel extensively in Waterville, ME, for 15+ nights, we’ll deduct 20% from your bill.
Monthly

If you’re staying in Waterville, ME, for a month, you can make yourself right at home at Pleasant Street Inn. For one month, you can stay in one of our king or twin rooms for $995. Our queen room with a full bath is also available for $895, and our queen room with ½ bath is available for $795. Our queen room with a shared bath is also available for $695. Our monthly rentals are only available during the off-season (11/1 – 3/31)**.

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy

At the Pleasant Street Inn, we require guests, to make their reservations online, unless you are inquiring about group rates, with a credit card when booking your room(s). Cancellations and/or modifications must be made no less than 10 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 10 day period will not receive a refund unless we are able to re-book your room(s).

Circumstances may change refund policy. Cancellations or changes MUST BE MADE via email, wtd54@yahoo.com.
